Being that I am from Canada and it is Thanksgiving in Canada today I thought that we should kind of celebrate it at our house tonight. It was so good if I do say so myself. This is the first 'bird" I have ever cooked and it turned out moist and yummy! All I did was stab a few lemons and shove them in and then made a wonderful herb rub for the top and baked it. Mmmmm! For dessert we had chocolate mouse pie. What a great meal and great excuse to make a wonderful dinner. Thanks Canada for celebrating Thanksgiving early so that we could do. Enjoy the pics but please for the sake of your computer try not to drool to much.

Ok, YUMMMM!! That turkey looked DELECTABLE!!! Happy Canadian Thanksgiving!
Looks delicious. How fun. :)
The turkey after it was cooked looked delishious! The one on your hand, not so much. I would love to do Thanksgiving twice. I eat all I can, then eat more. Yummy!
I love it! My sister and her family celebrate it, too. You Canadians are great at sticking to your traditions. The food looks great! Come up this way for our Thanksgiving and I'll put you to work in MY kitchen! I'm scared to cook a whole bird! Good to see you back blogging!
The cooked bird looks luscious. You may not want to answer any calls from PETA, however, after you so thoroughly violated that bird. Should I be concerned?! :)
I'll take some turkey and a slice of that yummy looking pie please! :) I like your new header picture it's way cute!
Did you make that pie?!? Are you giving out the recipe? YUM. Happy Canadian Thanksgiving!
YUMMY!!! You look like a good cook!
