Craziness

So some of you know already that I am training to run a 5 mile run while I am in Idaho Falls this summer. Why I have chosen to do such an insane thing is beyond me. JK. I actually really like running now. Which for those who know me really well will know that that is a profound statement. I started training about 4 weeks ago and could barely run for 40 seconds. Well now I can run 3 miles. I am not the fastest but I can do it. I am training with 2 other girls from here that are from Idaho and that will be running it with me. I started out not caring how well I did, I just wanted to say that I did it. Well now (I know this will come as a shock) my competitiveness is coming out and I want to do well in it. We will have to see if that will happen. I am so excited to be able to do this. Now I need your help. I need some suggestions on some fun songs to run to. So if there are any that you really like that are a good beat let me know so that I can keep motivated out on the trail. Thanks.

Oh my, girl! That is so awesome! This is so cool! Maybe I'll ride along side video taping so you can show it to your family when you go home! Good luck with training!

P.S. There are a few different cardio training CD's at Wal-Mart that you might wanna try for running songs.

That's awesome. When Mike was in Iraq a friend and I did a half marathon, mostly for the time without kids. I would love to learn to run though. I know that sounds funny but I honestly don't know how. Good luck.

Wow! I'm impressed, Bre! I always think I'd like to try to run, but then I lose the desire real quick. Wish I had some fun songs for you, but I can't think of any. And congratulations to Blake for finishing his first year of law school! So much has gone on in that time, but it's amazing how fast it goes. We're excited to see you back here, even for a little while! When will it be?

I use to run a lot and loved it, but I'm not that serious about it any more and I miss it! Hope the training goes well!! Maybe I'll look into that run!
