He's been hooded.

Words cannot express how proud I am of this man. Law school is supposed to take 3 years but he has worked really hard to get done in 2 years. It has been a long journey to get here but finally we are at the endish point of the school journey!!! Yeah! Although he still has 7 weeks of school left before he officially graduates he walked last weekend because they don't have a ceremony in the summer. On Friday we had a graduation lunch with all the JRC grads and it was so fun. Then on Saturday we got to go see him walk and be hooded. It was fun to have Blake's family come into town as well for it. Congrats Blake! I am so proud of you and love you! I am looking forward to seeing how married life is when my husband is not in school. It should be quite the adventure and I can't wait.

Rylee is 3

Okay so yes I am a little late but at least I am getting these on. Rylee had a great birthday on Mother's Day. We had the Cottam's over for dinner and had some great cupcakes. Whenever we would ask her what she wanted for her birthday she would tell us that she wanted Strawberry Shortcake cupcakes. Well they didn't have any so we got Dora and Boots.

Do you think she liked the cupcakes?

Note to self: Never get the cupcakes with green frosting. They dye everything green.

Craftiness

Since becoming pregnant with Eli I have been in a craft mode. So the other day Stacey, Casey, and I got together and did a craft day. They made these really cute I Spy bags that are so cute. While they did that I made a really light blanket that will be great for the summer months. Also I made 2 really cute Hooter Hiders (nursing covers), and I covered some old burp clothes in some extra fabric I had. It has been so fun. Since then I made a diaper carrier thing to go in the way cute diaper bag that Shannon made for me.

Preschool Concert

On Monday we had the opportunity to go watch Paige's preschool concert. Their year is coming to a close and so they sang about 4 songs and then had a slide show. It was the cutest thing. She is going to miss the kids in her class and her teachers. This has been a great opportunity for Paige to learn and grow and it is such a wonderful program.

This is her teacher Miss Jenny
These are 2 of her good friends, Mayli and Angel
It is official that she has graduated from Preschool!

Happy 7th

On Monday Blake and I celebrated our 7th anniversary! Can you all believe it. We have been through a lot in those 7 years. 3 Apartments, 2 houses, undergrad, Law school, a few pets, 4 children, the death of Keagan, some fun trips, lots of laughter, and years of love. I am so glad that I am married to my best friend and that he is mine for eternity. I love ya Babe.

Unfortunately Blake had to take an exam that morning but after that he was mine for the rest of the day. He came home and surprised me with a present. He has been working really hard to save up some WestLaw points so he could get me a blender (something I asked for). It is a really nice one. Then he took Rylee and I out for lunch at Jason's Deli, we then went to the mall and just walked around. That night we attended Paige's preschool concert (pics to come). All in all it was a great day.

No pockets

We were hanging out today and I looked over and saw that Rylee had put all her bouncy balls in her panties. It was hilarious. She said that she needed to keep them.

Concert in the Park

Yesterday at Gage Park we attended a Kids of Topeka Rock concert. The girls got to go play on the fire truck.

Rylee was nervous at first but once she got in there she loved it.

This is our favorite singer here. He works at the library and sings the funnest kids songs.

The kids also got to get their hair spray painted and pose for a rock picture. Aren't they cute?

They also got to get their faces painted, get free coloring things, pet a bunny, watch a magic show, and run around with their friends. All in all it was a great day.
