Pinkness

Paige woke up this morning with "yuckies" in her eye. So we figured that she had pink eye. So we debated back and forth and thought that it would be better to be safe than to take her to preschool and get everyone else sick. So I took her to the doctor today and she definitely has it. So she is on eye drops and we are hoping that she gets better for her birthday party tomorrow. If not we will just have to postpone it for next week. Poor kid has been looking forward to tomorrow for the last 4 weeks.

Bob sledding in Kansas

Brandi and I must have been having some telepathy or something yesterday cause when I called her she was just about to call me. Anyways they wanted to see if we wanted to go over and sled on their hill. So being adventurous we went. It was so much fun. Paige loved it and Rylee was indifferent to it. She was having a hard time walking because she is to small for her clothes. She is a cute little marshmallow though.





































Aren't these the cutest girls. Paige Rogers had the cutest expression. Whenever she went down the hill she would close her eyes like " I will just grin and bear it." But as soon as she got to the bottom she was scrambling back up to the top.









When we were done I left them all around a
nice fire getting warm while I went off to work.

Bleautiful

I looked over at Paige the other day and she just looked so beautiful to me so I started taking pictures of her. So I thought that I would share with all of you how cute my little girl is.

Golden tresses

I took Paige over to Annie's yesterday and got her hair cut. I was reluctant to cut it short but it was getting really scraggly and uneven so we did it. She looks so cute with it short. She looks a lot older to. I almost cried when I saw it done. She loves it though. Doing her hair is a lot easier too! Thanks Annie.

Rice a Melt

Tonight I was being lazy and so I did the Rice a Roni in the microwave. Well you are supposed to put it in with some butter for a minute. Yep did that. Then you stir it and put it in for 2 more minutes. Yep did that. Then I tried to take it out. Nope didn't do that because the bottom of the bowl had melted completely so there was only a pile of rice in the microwave. So notice to everyone else don't do it in a small, blue, plastic bowl. IT WILL MELT!!!!!

A little tired.

We finally made it home last night. We left Friday night at 10 pm and got home last night at 7 pm. Needless to say it was a very long drive. It seemed like we drove forever. I had to laugh though when I looked in the back seat and both my girls were sleeping with their mouths open. I guess they were tired of the drive too!!!
