They had a festival of trees here on Saturday so 5 of us girls thought that we would take 15 kids to it. Maybe not the smartest idea we have had but it was frun. The best part of the day was that the kids got to see Santa. He was very long winded but really nice to the kids. Rylee didn't want anything to do with him but sat long enough to get a picture. Paige loved it and the fearless 3 year old she is jumped right onto his lap and sat and listened intently on Santa telling her that she needed to 1) eat her veggies 2) Clean her room and 3) have mom read to her because reading is the most important thing. Like I said he was very long winded. But the kids loved it. The festival itself was very very small. I think that they had maybe 25 trees. But it got us out of the house while the guys studied so it was good.

Landon wants nothing to do with Santa either. He clings to my leg and I have to pry him off at the mere sight of him. Garrett has always ran right up to him though.
It sounds like the Santa made it worth the visit :) Glad you had fun! :)
